#Sherryweek postcard – a toast with Palo Cortado
As you receive this final postcard of International Sherry Week, I will be sitting on a plane headed west to the USA for a week. I’m already hatching plans of where I’ll be drinking sherry when I’m there. It’s been an incredible week of tastings, tapas and toasts and now it’s time to raise a final glass. This is Palo Cortado poured straight from the barrel at El Puerto de Santa Maria institution Bodegas Obregon. Cheers and here’s to next year!!!
